The structure above reflects the draft ICMS Bylaws, which define governance, membership categories, elections, and terms of office. Operational details will be maintained in separate administrative regulations ("ad regs") that can be updated by the Executive Committee as ICMS grows. The final bylaws document will be available to members once approved.
